These Terms explain the rules for using the Korklu’s Foundation website, including donations, enquiries and volunteer requests.

This website shares information about Korklu's Foundation, our programmes, opportunities to volunteer or partner, and ways to support our work. You may use it for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. Please do not interfere with the website, attempt to access restricted areas, submit misleading information, or use the site in a way that could harm the Foundation or others.

Donations made through this website are processed by Paystack. Korklu's Foundation does not receive or store your full card or mobile-money credentials. Before confirming a donation, please review the amount, frequency and contact details you provide. If you have a question about a donation, contact us promptly at info@korklusfoundation.org with the payment reference where available.

When you submit a contact form, volunteer application or other enquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Sending a request does not create an employment, volunteer, funding or partnership agreement. We will review requests as our capacity allows.

The Foundation's name, logo, website content, photographs and programme materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share links to our public pages and reference our work fairly. You may not reproduce, alter, sell or present our materials as your own without our prior written permission, except where the law allows it.

Some site features rely on third parties, including Paystack for payments, Google Maps for directions, and social-media platforms. Their services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Korklu's Foundation is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
